The comprehensive maintenance contract, covering all aspects of interior and exterior landscaping, corporate floristry and festive displays, was secured following a rigorous selection and tender process. This process was carried out by Metrus, one of London’s leading bespoke property advisors, and the property managers of the Harbour Exchange Estate.
The exterior landscaping contract was successfully mobilised at short notice and improvements were very quickly noticed by the client. Subsequently, in conjunction with the refurbishment of the atrium area, we introduced a bespoke interior planting scheme fully coordinating with the designer’s vision. This was also delivered on a tight timescale and to the client’s full satisfaction.
Following a seamless handover, we are now providing a reliable, ‘hassle-free’ service to Metrus, and in turn to their client. A strength which managing agents consistently appreciate is our ability to ‘just get on with it’, any unforeseen issues being quickly and efficiently rectified. This enables them to concentrate their time on other key priorities instead of chasing service providers!
