Hard and soft landscaping partners for North Acton’s latest development
Valley Provincial are carrying out the hard and soft landscaping works at The Perfume Factory, a development by Telford Homes and Notting Hill Genesis in North Acton. The development will see the former Elizabeth Arden factory site transformed into a new residential led mixed-use redevelopment, delivering 374 new homes, 1,403 sq. m. of commercial floorspace, rooftop amenity space and public realm improvements.
The project sees us partner with Telford Homes again to deliver an extensive hard and soft landscaping to the ground floor and the five amenity roof terraces. The partnership is the result of cost planning and optimisation works, as well as design input into various aspects of the project to achieve more efficient methodology and expediate delivery.
