Each member of our team will have the equipment, training and awareness essential to working safely on any site. As well as CSCS qualifications as a minimum, our specialist plant operators and employees working at height will have undertaken additional training.
We conduct regular toolbox talks with practical installation teams, which cover all aspects of the daily working environment, and which relay information regarding specific site conditions and tasks.
All our works are planned and assessed using project and task specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments, including COSHH and HAVS Assessments.
To ensure that we conform to changing legislation, we employ a leading Health and Safety Consultancy. This external partner enables us to educate and train all our staff and be the first to implement any industry changes.
We also have a dedicated Health & Safety Compliance Officer, responsible for implementing strategies.
