Can we have a bespoke scheme to the Christmas tree we hire?

Yes, we can provide bespoke colour schemes, contact us on [email protected] / 01322 279799 to discuss availability. In general, we can mix any colours that we currently offer.  If you would like a specific corporate theme, please contact us for a bespoke quotation.

Can I order a wreath on its own, without Christmas tree hire?

Both wreaths and garlands are only available as part of your tree order. These can complement your tree colour schemes.

Can I add my own decorations?

Of course you can, but please remember to remove them prior to collection.

What kind of power supply do I need?

It is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe 240v mains supply to the base of each tree and we recommend that a circuit breaker is fitted. We are unable to provide extension leads. Please note that larger trees require several sockets. If the installation team deem that any extension leads/wiring is unsafe and against Health & Safety regulations, then they will install the tree and lights, make sure all lights are working, then unplug the tree and leave leads in a safe position.

We have no power supply where the tree will go, would you be able to provide battery powered lights?

Where possible, please do try and run power to the tree location with extension leads as battery lights tend to be less reliable. The cable from the bottom light is approximately 2 metres, so the socket should be no more than this for the tree.

Are the lights PAT tested?

Yes, all the Christmas lights are PAT tested.

When will you deliver my tree?

We aim to deliver on the chosen week you have selected on your order. However, we schedule delivery and collection geographically and will finalise this nearer the time.

How do I care for my tree?

Cut trees are similar to cut flowers in that maintaining a supply of fresh water to the trunk will help prolong the freshness of the foliage. Instruction for care of your festive trees will be provided. However, you will need to keep the stand full of water at all times, using plain tap water only. Check the water level daily. Hot, dry or dark conditions will speed up the deterioration of the needles. You can find more of our top tips here.

When will you collect my tree?

When ordering your tree, select your preferred collection slot. We will plan our logistics carefully and confirm nearer the time when to expect your tree collection.

Wreath & Garland installation – How are they fixed?

We never put nails or screws into any of the customer’s fixings as they leave a hole or mark after Christmas. Our installation team use adhesive or suction hooks, which are able to hold the weight of the garlands and wreaths, but they will only stick to non-absorbent surfaces, i.e. marble or laminate walls or reception desk. We will contact you to confirm fixing methods.

What is the cancellation fee?

For trees cancelled up to and including 31 October 2022 we will refund 100%

Trees cancelled between 01 – 10 November 2022 we will refund 50%

For trees cancelled from 11 November 2022 onwards unfortunately we will not be able to refund.
